Orders are packed and handed to our courier within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on your location in India. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
We follow a strict no-return, no-refund policy. The only exception is a free replacement of the same product if the bottle of a Car Freshener, Room Spray or Perfume arrives damaged — report it within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos. Not yet — we currently ship within India only, to PIN codes serviceable by our courier partners.
Cash on Delivery and online payment through Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets). All prices are in INR and include GST.
